We stayed at the hotel on March 9-13. Everything is fine. on the day of arrival, they called, reminded, provided a transfer, met, settled, had a birthday, congratulated, thank you! The hotel is perfectly located, close to the sea, to the mountains - please, the Olympic Park is nearby, the colorful singing fountain is magnificent in the evening. The rooms are cleaned regularly, tea and coffee, bathroom toiletries are replenished regularly, the heated pool, the water is warm, the reception staff is very polite, the girls are well done. We stayed in paradise for five days. The breakfasts are excellent, we have already been to the Grace chain hotel. The hotel chain is wonderful, from now on we will rest only in Grace. The real European quality of service. I love you GRACE GROUP. Good luck and prosperity to you.

We visited this beautiful hotel in February 2024, were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room, daily cleaning, daily replenished drinking water. Friendly staff. The breakfasts are quite edible, everyone can find something to their taste. There is a heated swimming pool on the territory, at +15 it was comfortable for both children and adults to swim). Locker room, toilet, towels next to the pool. Convenient location of the hotel, 5 minutes walk to the sea, near pyaterochka, pharmacy, cafe, KB. Sochi Park is within walking distance. Of the disadvantages, only a narrow balcony, there is no opportunity to sit on the balcony and have a cup of coffee with a view of the mountains. We will definitely be happy to come back again!

We vacationed at the end of January. It’s clean, everything in the room works, the furniture is intact. Excellent variety of breakfasts for every taste, there are also dietary ones, and some more serious ones). Still nearby, but at the same time the hotel is on a quiet street. Either we were so lucky, or there was really good soundproofing in the room. Yes, definitely, there is not enough elevator in the main building. There is a cafe on site that is open until late. on the next street there is a kebab place, they cook it to order in front of you (very tasty!), pack it in thermal bags, so you can take it with you and dine in your room (dishes, cutlery, corkscrew - everything is there). I definitely recommend booking.

Wonderful hotel! We vacationed in January and were very pleased! Great location of the hotel! Clean, comfortable, great breakfast! Every day we swam in the warm pool. I would like to see all the administrators, and especially Anna, for their attentive attitude towards hotel guests!

We stayed in November, the hotel was booked in advance. I liked everything very much, the hotel is located in a quiet and cozy place, next to Sirius, the embankment, Sochi Park and all Olympic facilities are located nearby. The staff is very friendly, cleaning was done every day, water was brought, despite the fact that there are water coolers on the floors. It's great that there were breakfasts, because we left at 9 a.m., and all cafes, canteens and even coffee shops do not open before 10 a.m.Thank you very much to all the staff and managers of the hotel for the excellent service
