It was not the first time we vacationed there, so it was nice to get a discount on accommodation as regular guests. Their negativity. We could have chosen any other cheaper hotel this time, but we preferred not to change the Outline, because there is a warm year-round pool, you can swim in it, because in November the sea is cold, but we were extremely unpleasantly surprised that the pool did not work and no one warned us about it when booking, and There was no information about this on the official website of the hotel! It was very unpleasant when we were told about it at the reception after the payment! Such a serious, cool hotel, but such an attitude to informing customers surprised me. I would like to hear an explanation from the hotel why it so happened that there is no information and one of the crown chips of the hotel, which determines its price and the choice in its favor, was missing. From the negative: after checking in, they found one of the towels in a rather unsightly state (after the request they were replaced quickly and made an unscheduled cleaning of the room, for which special thanks) and a heavily sagged mattress (room 103). Otherwise, the hotel is fine as usual. The staff is extremely polite, especially in the cafe. Impeccable security inside, well-cleaned, beautifully furnished, cozy, closed from all sides territory with recreation areas in the courtyard of the hotel, the presence of a spa area. Cleanliness in the rooms and high-quality, timely cleaning (I do not take a towel into account). Hygiene supplies are available in full and are constantly updated to the required amount. A perfectly working refrigerator, constant availability of clean drinking water, warm and cozy rooms, excellent location relative to all those places for which you go to this hotel - this was and remains at a high level the set of characteristics that determine the choice of this hotel from a huge number of offers in Sirius. The inability to use the pool during our stay there did not affect or spoil our vacation in any way. But the very attitude to informing guests, especially those who constantly choose the Outline of Grace in conditions when offers from other hotels are pouring into the mail by the dozens, was not pleasantly surprised. Next time during the period of choosing a hotel for a vacation, in the absence of a reaction from the hotel to this review, we may carefully weigh other offers. And from the beautiful: a special thank you deserves a gift from the hotel on my wife's birthday, which we celebrated during our stay in Abris. We had a rest in August.A wonderful family hotel! Everything is thought out for guests and relaxing holidays. The breakfasts are excellent for every taste - salads with crab sticks, homemade salad, sandwiches with red fish. This is in addition to the usual cereals, fruits, vegetables, cuts, etc. The rooms are very cozy with a large TV and thoughtful little things like brushes, cotton swabs and discs for removing makeup))).The pool is beyond praise - there are enough places with sun beds and umbrellas for everyone, the water is clean and warm. The music of the bass player is flying, so it would lie and lie - complete relaxation and buzz. An indicator of purity about everything that a child is without rotavirus. And most importantly - the sea is nearby-CLEAN AND WARM. In general, we REALLY liked the hotel and the rest. I recommend. So Turkey is not needed))))

Hello. We rested from July 31 to August 7 at this hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 7 am. Check-in from 15.00. They asked for a certain amount for early check-in, we refused and went for a walk. But this did not overshadow our rest here in any way. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the replenishment of toiletries and tea and coffee is daily. The pool is perfect, towels are attached even to the pool, even to the beach. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There are a lot of people, but they always found places. The weather was pleasing all the days. The breakfasts are excellent, varied every day. The room was on the 3rd floor, the elevator always worked, there were no interruptions with hot water. One minor minus is an uncomfortable mattress. The balcony is also very narrow, only for drying clothes. And it's not particularly interesting to sit there, because The view rests on the neighboring hotel. And so, in general, everything is wonderful. I can confidently recommend it to other tourists.
